EYP February 2022 Update
The children in Early Years have definetly been feeling the love this month! They've enjoyed lots of valentine themed activities through art, sensory and roleplay. We've been busy finishing our winter topic as well, which we really enjoyed-especially learning all about polar animals.
We've started our new topic 'nursery rhymes' and have been focusing on Humpty Dumpty this week. We are looking forward exploring more rhymes through play and hoping for an improvement in the weather as we learn about spring!

We've welcomed some new pupils into our class and hope that they have a wonderful time in our nursery.
Two lovely little boys had a bithday this month so we of course celebrated with cake! Happy birthday boys!

Early Years Update - January 2020
This month we have been learning about “Winter” and the “Incy Wincy Spider” rhyme.
We made snowflakes with glitter and glue, winter shapes with snowflake dough and put cool colours in our water tray.
As part of our “Incy Wincy Spider” rhyme we explored spiders in the water tray and washed the spiders down the pipe. We made spider buns and created hand print spiders.
One of our pupils celebrated his 4th birthday this month. We enjoyed some lovely birthday cake.
